When you reserve flight tickets or travel services through this website, you authorize skyhyflights and its affiliated partners to complete bookings on your behalf for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, service charges, processing fees, or additional costs associated with the services provided by the travel supplier or skyhyflights.

skyhyflights will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies, technical errors, or incorrect information displayed on the website, nor for any actions, omissions, or service failures of travel suppliers whose airline or travel services are booked through this site. skyhyflights does not warrant or guarantee the quality, availability, or performance of products and services provided by third-party suppliers and shall not be liable for any financial losses, refund issues, or claims arising from the financial condition or operational status of such suppliers.

If a payment has been completed and the travel supplier fails to deliver the booked service, any applicable refund shall be the responsibility of the defaulting supplier, subject to their refund policy, available insurance coverage, or applicable laws and regulations governing such situations.

skyhyflights shall not be liable for any act, mistake, loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, interruption, omission, irregularity, service failure, or any resulting consequences caused by the negligence, actions, or default of any travel supplier or third-party service provider.

skyhyflights shall not be held responsible for any circumstances, events, or actions related to travel services that are outside the reasonable control of skyhyflights, its staff, or affiliated representatives.

skyhyflights will not be responsible for any fare differences, schedule modifications, equipment changes, or accommodation adjustments made by travel suppliers after a booking has been confirmed and payment for the travel service has been completed.

skyhyflights shall not be held liable for any cancellations, delays, strikes, overbookings, route changes, weather conditions, government actions, or other circumstances that may affect your travel arrangements booked through our services. skyhyflights is also not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or representation of travel products and services provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to images, service descriptions, ratings, facilities, promotions, or discount offers displayed by such suppliers.

For international travel reservations made through skyhyflights, the final amount charged may vary depending on applicable currency exchange rates and conversion fees. Since foreign exchange values change frequently, any price displayed in local currency on skyhyflights’s website should be treated as an estimated reference only and not as a fixed or guaranteed fare by either the Travel Supplier or skyhyflights.

Please be aware that once the reservation and payment have been made, they might not be refundable at all, or there might be a fee associated with canceling or asking the travel provider for a refund. In a similar vein, once airline tickets are issued, refunds and cancellations may be subject to a fine. skyhyflights has no influence over the pricing written on the tickets, including bulk fares and special fares (lower or higher than the collected fare). The discounts and promotional fares offered by skyhyflights may differ based on multiple conditions including airline availability, travel class, destination, seasonal demand, booking timeframe, seat inventory, and minimum stay requirements. skyhyflights neither guarantees nor accepts responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of products and services advertised or promoted by third-party advertisers featured on our website. When you make a booking through skyhyflights, you may enter into a separate agreement directly with the travel supplier, and additional terms, conditions, and policies related to the purchase of travel services or products may apply to your reservation.

skyhyflights strongly recommends that customers carefully review all additional Terms & Conditions provided by the respective travel supplier before completing a booking. By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to comply with all rules, policies, restrictions, and payment requirements imposed by the travel supplier, including timely payment obligations and conditions related to the availability and usage of travel products and services. Some travel suppliers may request a credit card authorization or cash security deposit during check-in to cover incidental expenses or additional charges related to the booked services. Such deposits are separate from any payments already processed by skyhyflights for hotel, flight, car rental, or other travel reservations. You acknowledge that failure to comply with a supplier’s terms, policies, or restrictions may lead to cancellation of reservations, denial of services, loss of amounts already paid, or additional charges incurred by skyhyflights due to such non-compliance.

skyhyflights strives to provide competitive flight fares so customers can book with confidence and receive the best possible value on their travel reservations. If you discover the same flight itinerary at a lower publicly available price on a major OTA competitor’s website, we recommend contacting our customer support team within 4 hours of completing your booking for further assistance.

A matching flight itinerary refers to a booking where all details remain identical in both offers, including the airline, flight numbers, travel dates, route, cabin or seat category, and the total number of passengers included in the reservation.

Available for booking indicates that, at the time you get in touch with us, the itinerary you discovered is offered by a major OTA competitor's website and is open to public booking.

Price Match Guarantee Exclusions

Military, student, government, bulk, tour operator, vacation package or "Web Only" fares, and fare errors are all excluded from the PMG. The PMG policy does not apply to airfares on membership program websites, corporate discounts, group, charter, incentive, rewards program, meeting, convention, or consolidator flights, or fares that can only be obtained by applying a coupon or using other promotional offers that are not available to the general public. Tickets issued using "bidding" or "auction" models, as well as "opaque" tickets (where the airline booking information are not given until after purchase), are not eligible for the Price Match policy. Only a few carriers offer the Price Match Guarantee.

PRICE DROP GUARANTEE

Price Drop Guarantee is an optional service that allows skyhyflights to monitor your booked airline ticket(s) for possible fare reductions after the reservation is completed. Any eligible savings identified may be provided to you in the form of a skyhyflights gift card for use toward future flight bookings. Once you purchase the Price Drop Guarantee service, we will track the exact itinerary you booked, including travel dates, airports, passengers, airlines, and flight details, for up to 24 hours after the booking is confirmed. If a lower fare for the same itinerary becomes available during that period, you authorize us to rebook the ticket(s) on your behalf at the updated fare whenever applicable. The resulting savings may then be issued to you as a gift card redeemable on future bookings with skyhyflights. Please note that a portion of the savings may be retained by skyhyflights as a service or rebooking fee for managing the Price Drop Guarantee process.

The Price Drop Guarantee service does not assure that additional savings will always be available and may not apply to every airline, route, or itinerary. This service is offered only on eligible bookings when available. If no meaningful fare reduction is identified for the same itinerary, generally a savings difference of at least $30, your original reservation and ticket details will remain unchanged. In situations where lower fares are found and new tickets are issued to secure those savings, skyhyflights will send updated ticket information and confirmation details through email.

If you choose to purchase the Price Drop Guarantee service, we recommend avoiding the purchase of optional airline add-ons such as seat upgrades, baggage services, or similar extras directly from the airline until the 24-hour monitoring period has ended. But, if any such additional services are purchased during that period, you may need to contact the airline directly to request that those services be transferred to the updated ticket number instead of the previous booking. Please note that airline policies may restrict transfers or refunds for such purchases, and therefore skyhyflights cannot guarantee that the airline will approve or process those requests.

Important: Please note that certain airline tickets may qualify for a full refund only when cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the original booking, while other fares may remain refundable subject to the specific fare conditions set by the airline. By selecting the Price Drop Guarantee service, you acknowledge and agree that once a rebooking process has been initiated for your itinerary, any eligible refund rights associated with the original ticket may be waived, and such refundable amounts may instead be applied toward the cost of the newly issued ticket along with any applicable rebooking fees charged by skyhyflights. Any replacement tickets issued under the Price Drop Guarantee service will carry refund eligibility and restrictions similar to those applicable to the original booking and will remain subject to the airline’s policies as well as skyhyflights’s Terms and Conditions.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

Under no circumstances, including cases involving negligence, shall skyhyflights or its service providers be held liable for any harm, viruses, system failures, data loss, or damage affecting your computer systems, devices, software, or other property resulting from access to, browsing of, or use of this website, including the downloading of any content, files, images, videos, text, emails, links, or other materials provided through skyhyflights.

skyhyflights and its partners, providers, or distributors shall also not be responsible for any claims, injuries, losses, liabilities, or damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages such as loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of savings arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon this website, its materials, services, or any travel reservations made through skyhyflights, even if advised in advance about the possibility of such damages.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of skyhyflights, its providers, or distributors exceed the total amount charged for the specific itinerary or booking related to the claim. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from the use of the website, purchase of services, or access to the site must be initiated within one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date the issue occurred, the claim arose, or the booking transaction was completed. Applicable laws in certain jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Your use of this website and its services is entirely at your own risk. skyhyflights acts solely as an intermediary or booking facilitator for travel-related products and services offered by third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation services, cruises, tours, meals, and travel insurance, and shall not be held responsible for the performance, quality, or delivery of such third-party services.

WAIVER

By accessing or using the website of skyhyflights, you acknowledge and agree to permanently waive any claims against skyhyflights, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, or contractors. You further understand and accept that neither skyhyflights nor any associated entity or representative shall be considered liable or responsible for any matters arising from the use of the website or related travel services, including but not limited to:

- Any property damage, financial loss, personal injury, or other harm caused due to defects, negligence, service failures, or wrongful acts committed by any travel supplier or third-party service provider

- Any reservation cancellation, duplicate booking, or ticketing issue occurring outside the reasonable control of skyhyflights

- Any flight delays, missed connections, accommodation replacements, service interruptions, fare modifications, schedule changes, or termination of travel services

- Any claim, dispute, or issue arising from air transportation services or other travel-related products, whether performed, delayed, modified, or not provided in connection with your itinerary

- Any inconvenience, disappointment, loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or similar experience related to your travel arrangements

Please note that skyhyflights shall not be held liable for canceled flights, missed departures, or failed connections resulting from schedule changes, operational adjustments, or modifications made directly by the airline or travel supplier.

INDEMNIFICATION PROVISION

You agree to release skyhyflights and its affiliates, suppliers, officers, employees, directors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or other costs (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) brought by you or third parties due to:

a. Your breach of this Contract
b. Your violation of any law or rights of any third party
c. Your use of skyhyflights’s site

RELEASE-

If you experience any dispute or disagreement with a travel service or product provider, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise operators, railway services, car rental companies, tour providers, vacation package suppliers, activity organizers, travel assistance providers, or insurance companies, you agree to release and hold harmless skyhyflights, its partners, affiliates, joint ventures, officers, directors, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, demands, losses, or damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from or connected to such disputes or issues with the respective travel supplier.

PRIVACY

skyhyflights highly values customer trust and is committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information shared during the booking process, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, and other related information. All sensitive data and online transactions are secured through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to help maintain the safety and confidentiality of customer information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully, as it also applies to your use of this website and related services. BOOKING PROCESS

To complete and validate a booking through our website, the following procedure shall apply:

When Service Elements (including products or services) are displayed on our website, such display represents an invitation for you to submit an offer to purchase those services. Your offer is considered submitted only after you click the "Confirm Booking" button on the payment page of the website. Once a booking request has been submitted, you are making a binding offer to skyhyflights to purchase the selected Service Element(s) from the applicable Travel Supplier(s). Such an offer cannot be withdrawn merely because you later decide to change your mind. We reserve the right, on behalf of the relevant Travel Supplier, to either accept or reject your booking request at our sole discretion. Any confirmation email sent by skyhyflights shall only serve as an acknowledgment that your booking request or offer has been received and shall not constitute final acceptance or confirmation of the booking.

We must first verify the availability of the requested Service Element(s). If the selected Service Element(s) are available, your booking will then be processed accordingly. A binding contract related to the booking shall only come into existence once full payment has been successfully received and processed. The contractual agreement between you and the applicable Travel Supplier shall apply solely to those Service Elements that are specifically confirmed by email, including ticket numbers for airline reservations and reservation confirmation numbers for hotels, vehicles, tours, or activities.

The details of your booking, including but not limited to pricing, travel dates, availability, or itinerary information, are not guaranteed until the booking contract has been finalized with the relevant Travel Supplier and the corresponding ticket or reservation has been officially issued and confirmed. Please note that after completing the booking process, any request to modify or cancel reservation details, including passenger names, travel destinations, or other booking information, shall be subject entirely to our discretion and governed by these Terms & Conditions. The above booking procedures shall apply in addition to any separate Terms & Conditions relating to individual Service Elements provided on the website. Airline ticket policies, hotel booking policies, car rental terms, attraction bookings, and other service-specific conditions shall supplement any matters not specifically covered under this booking procedure section. We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update the booking procedures at any time, and any such changes shall automatically become effective immediately upon being published on the website.

During every stage of your journey, a valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for security verification at airports, hotels, and vehicle rental points and may also be requested at attractions and other services as determined by Travel Suppliers concerned. Along with government-issued identification mentioned above, proof of citizenship in the form of a Passport is necessary for international travel outside the United States for most destinations. You are solely responsible for confirming that you satisfy passport, visa, and health requirements for all countries you intend to visit as well as those you transit through at all times. Neither skyhyflights nor its affiliates accept liability, and you will not be entitled to any refunds if you are denied boarding, delayed, or deported for failing to meet above requirements whatsoever herein. Government entry and exit fees may apply depending destination.

These are your sole responsibility and will be added to your booking charges. skyhyflights reserves the right to correct errors in any advertised price and, if applicable, give you an option to either cancel the booking or allow skyhyflights to collect an amount equal to any increase in price from your provided credit or debit card, before your departure.

All travelers included in your reservation (when more than one passenger exists) are required to follow the same itinerary. No individual passenger can be added to and/or removed from an existing booking. Frequent flyer points and/or mileage credits may or may not apply to any segment of your reservation. You must verify eligibility directly with the respective Travel Supplier. After your reservation is confirmed, you are not permitted to transfer or modify passenger name(s) or destination(s) listed within the booking. Your reservation will be processed on the delivery date stated in your ticket confirmation email or, if no specific date is provided, on the date the ticket is issued unless exceptional conditions apply. The terms of this agreement include by reference the contract of carriage of each airline. Passengers may review the complete contract of carriage at airline airport counters or city ticket offices. Upon request, passengers are entitled to receive a free copy of the full contract of carriage by mail or alternative delivery methods. The incorporated contract of carriage terms may consist of: (1) limitations on airline liability for injury or death of passengers, and for loss, delay, or damage to baggage or goods including fragile or perishable items; (2) claim filing restrictions including mandatory time limits for legal action against the airline for acts or omissions of itself or its agents; (3) airline rights to modify contract terms; (4) rules regarding reconfirmation, check-in deadlines, and refusal of transport; (5) airline rights and limitations related to delays or service failure, including schedule changes, rerouting, substitution of aircraft or carrier. Prices, Taxes/Fees, and Payment

Our total pricing includes all taxes and fees that apply to airfare, hotel stays, car rentals, and activities covered in your reservation unless otherwise mentioned in your ticket confirmation email or these Terms & Conditions. However, additional charges such as fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage costs, seat selection fees, hotel incidentals, and other service-related charges may be levied by the respective Travel Supplier at check-in or service usage time. You are fully responsible for paying any such extra costs directly to the Travel Supplier. For any clarification regarding these charges, you should contact the relevant Travel Supplier. The prices stated for Service Elements do not cover liability insurance, collision damage waiver, personal accident cover, protection for personal belongings, drop-off fees, fuel costs, child safety equipment, ski racks, or incidental hotel expenses such as telephone use, movies, energy surcharges, and any applicable tax increases. All such charges must be settled at the car rental counter and/or hotel check-in desk. Additionally, quoted prices exclude any supplementary airline fuel surcharges or other fees that may be introduced from time to time by Travel Suppliers or regulatory authorities, and all such amounts are payable by you.

Full payment is required at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card. skyhyflights accepts most major credit and debit cards, provided they have a valid billing address. You authorize skyhyflights and its authorized third-party payment processors to charge the credit or debit card supplied by you for the complete booking amount. At the time of hotel check-in and/or car rental pick-up, you may be asked by the relevant Travel Supplier(s) to present a valid credit or debit card to confirm authorized usage and/or to cover any additional charges. The cardholder must be included as a traveler within the booking. All offers, pricing details, and terms of sale may be subject to:

Change without notice

including but not limited to: * advance purchase requirements, eligibility conditions, seating availability, or other booking restrictions * reservation validity limits of up to one (1) year; any extension, where permitted, may be subject to penalties or additional restrictions * restrictions based on travel days, specific dates, minimum or maximum stay requirements, holidays, seasonal periods, blackout dates, stopover rules, and/or waitlist limitations * any other applicable terms, conditions, or restrictions as imposed from time to time

Availability

If your itinerary includes an ultimate destination or any stop in a country other than the country of departure, the provisions of a treaty commonly referred to as the “Warsaw Convention” may apply to your entire journey, including segments that are wholly within the country of origin or destination. The Warsaw Convention governs and may limit the liability of certain air carriers for death or personal injury to passengers, as well as loss, delay, or damage to baggage. A booking is not considered complete until it has been confirmed and ticketed. For customer protection, we may verify with your credit or debit card provider that the billing address and card verification details provided are accurate and that the payment will be accepted. Until such verification is successfully completed, fares remain subject to change. We are not liable for any transaction declined by the issuing bank, credit/debit card company, or travel provider, nor for cases where billing information or card verification details cannot be validated in a timely manner. We are also not responsible for any fare changes or additional charges arising during the verification process. If the selected fare becomes unavailable, an authorization code may still appear on your card. If the transaction is not finalized, such authorization may temporarily hold or reduce available funds in your bank account.

TIPS FOR TRAVELERS FROM OVERSEAS

Passengers whose travel includes a final destination or any stop in a country different from the country of departure may be protected under international treaties known as the Montreal Convention and the Warsaw Convention. These conventions typically regulate and, in most situations, limit the liability of air carriers in cases involving passenger death or bodily injury. For enhanced protection beyond these limits, passengers may opt to purchase additional insurance from private insurance providers. FEES AND EXCEPTIONS

In addition to each Travel Supplier's cost and fees, skyhyflights may charge a service fee according to per-passenger and per-ticket and is normally non-refundable.

CHANGES TO FLIGHTS ALREADY BOOKED

Please note that most tickets, hotels, car rentals, packages, and cruise reservations do not permit changes to passenger name or travel date once the booking is confirmed. Any modifications to an itinerary are strictly limited and governed by airline fare rules, whichever impose more restrictive conditions. Accordingly, skyhyflights does not guarantee, and shall not be liable for, any reservation or booking if the original itinerary is altered by the supplier due to a customer request or changes made by the supplier’s schedule.

Cancellation and Exchange

Most airline tickets issued are strictly non-refundable. In certain cases where the airline permits cancellation, a credit may be issued for future travel under the same passenger name and airline. Such credits generally have an expiry date set by the airline, after which they become invalid and cannot be used. We recommend that you verify all conditions and limitations associated with any travel credit with our customer support team. All cancellations, where permitted, must be completed prior to the departure time of the first flight segment by contacting our customer service center. Cancellation approval is not guaranteed. When rebooking using airline credit, you may be required to pay fare differences, airline-imposed penalties, and applicable skyhyflights post-ticketing service fees. All such changes are subject to airline fare rules, policies, and procedures, which remain outside our control. CHANGES IN ITINERARY / MULTI-AIRLINE BOOKINGS

You may request itinerary changes only in exceptional circumstances such as emergencies or unavoidable situations. However, skyhyflights does not guarantee a refund or rebooking at the original fare paid. We recommend reviewing the Terms and Conditions of all airlines involved in your itinerary (available on their official websites), especially when multiple airlines operate different segments. Each airline applies its own rules, fees, and restrictions. If a change by one airline (such as cancellation or rescheduling) affects another segment, additional charges may apply for modifying unaffected flights. Passengers are responsible for compliance with each airline’s policies, including check-in rules and baggage restrictions. It is advised to carry printed copies of your e-ticket for all journey segments, as proof of return travel may be required at check-in.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS



1. Most airline tickets and associated booking service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase.

5. Hotel and car rental bookings are generally non-refundable under any circumstances, though service fees may be refundable where applicable.

6. We are not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by airlines or suppliers.

- The passenger is not marked as “no-show,” meaning failure to report at departure without prior cancellation notice.

skyhyflights may provide promotional codes that are valid for online reservations; however, certain promo codes may only be redeemable via phone through our customer support center. To receive promotional codes by email, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter. All promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be sold, exchanged, or bartered, carry no cash value, and cannot be combined with any other offer. The maximum discount available through skyhyflights promo codes is up to 30%. To apply a discount, a valid promo code must be entered at the payment stage. If the code is not entered correctly, the discount will not be applied and cannot be claimed later. In the event of technical issues where a promo code is not accepted or a coupon link is unavailable, you may choose not to proceed with the purchase. However, once a booking is completed, promo codes cannot be applied retrospectively under any circumstances. skyhyflights reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional codes and offers at any time without prior notice, even if such offers are displayed on third-party websites. If an offer is withdrawn, the promo code becomes invalid immediately and will not be accepted by the system. At that point, you may proceed with the original price or cancel your purchase decision. FARE CHANGES & POST-PAYMENT PRICE GUARANTEE

If any fare or pricing change occurs before your payment is successfully processed and accepted, you will be notified. After receiving such notification, you may choose to accept or decline the updated transaction. If you decline, no charges will be applied. skyhyflights’s Post Payment Price Guarantee ensures that once your payment (credit/debit card) has been successfully processed, the final quoted price for your airline ticket will be honored regardless of any subsequent fare changes or fluctuations.

PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE POLICY

We accept credit and debit cards issued in the United States, Canada, and several other countries, including cards with AE/AP billing addresses. Important Notes: Your credit or debit card may be charged in multiple transactions that together equal the final booking amount. If your payment method is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours (longer delays may apply for non-card payment methods). If any fare or pricing changes occur before successful payment processing, you will be informed and given the option to accept or decline the updated price. If you decline, no charge will be made. Hotel, car rental, and activity bookings are confirmed only after full confirmation details are sent to your registered email. In certain cases, advance payment may be required for confirmation. To prevent fraud and ensure transaction security, high-risk bookings identified by our systems may be held for verification. We may contact you or your bank to validate such transactions before processing.

TICKET DELIVERY Most tickets are now electronic or e-tickets, however, in case of certain itineraries a paper ticket will be issued. In the case where an e-ticket could not be issued for a particular reservation, skyhyflights will send the paper ticket through a secure mode of delivery (a reputable courier company) and the applicable shipping charges will be debited from the credit holder's account as per rates published on the site. So, we strongly recommend checking the shipping charges before confirming the booking. These shipping charges are displayed before you make the booking and you may choose not to purchase the tickets to avoid shipping charges. skyhyflights does not assume any responsibility for the fault of the delivery company. We will attempt to redeliver but do not provide any guarantee for redelivery on time. If you provide an incorrect address, then you may have to pay excess fees to the delivery company for alteration of the address. You will be billed to the credit card used for payment. If an e-ticket is generated, the ticket information will be available on the site.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

All credit cards used for booking must have a valid billing address in the United States, Canada, or other approved countries. All fares and reservations remain unconfirmed until they are successfully ticketed by the supplier. For hotel stays, car rentals, and vacation packages, bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation number is sent to your registered email address. When you provide your credit or debit card details for payment, we may request authorization for the expected transaction amount, which may place a temporary hold on funds. If we are unable to confirm your booking, no charge will be applied and we will request the release of any hold placed by your bank. However, depending on your bank’s processing time, such funds may remain temporarily unavailable. If your credit or debit card is declined for any reason, you will be notified within 72 hours. Submitting card details does not guarantee reservation confirmation. skyhyflights shall not be held responsible if your card is not approved or successfully charged, which may occur for various reasons such as airline non-availability, fare changes after payment submission but before ticketing, or insufficient funds. In cases where fares increase, you will be provided with alternative options and may cancel the booking at no additional cost. Once a booking is ticketed at the originally quoted price, it becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable. skyhyflights applies strict security protocols for all card transactions. Any suspected fraudulent activity may be reported to relevant airlines, airport authorities, and applicable law enforcement agencies. You agree to be responsible for all charges made using your payment method and agree not to initiate disputes after successful delivery of services via email confirmation or other fulfillment methods. You also agree to reimburse skyhyflights in case of chargebacks or disputes where services were legitimately purchased. Telephone-based credit card transactions may be recorded and retained as evidence in case of disputes. Online payments are considered authorized once you accept these Terms & Conditions and complete the purchase process. High-risk transactions identified by our systems will only be processed after verification and approval by our credit card security team. We may contact you or your bank to validate such transactions.

CREDIT CARD DECLINES

If your credit card is declined during processing, we will attempt to notify you within 72 hours. In such cases, the transaction will not be completed and your booking will not be confirmed. Fares and booking details remain unguaranteed until successful ticketing. If a fare change occurs, you may cancel the booking at no additional cost, and no service fees will be charged.

SEAT, MEAL, FREQUENT FLYER & SPECIAL REQUESTS

All requests for seats, meals, frequent flyer numbers, and other special services are treated as requests only and are not guaranteed. Any service fees charged for submitting such requests are non-refundable once the service has been provided. We do not guarantee seat allocation, meal preferences, or frequent flyer benefits requested by passengers, as these are subject to airline availability and policies. It is recommended that you contact the airline directly prior to departure to confirm any such special arrangements.

BAGGAGE RULES & ASSOCIATED FEES

Each airline applies its own charges for excess baggage. Many airlines now also charge for the first checked bag as part of their baggage policy. To avoid additional costs, passengers are advised to travel light where possible. Baggage fees typically range from $15 to $200 or more per checked bag, depending on size, weight, and airline policies. These charges are payable directly to the airline at the airport. While we attempt to keep baggage fee information updated, passengers are strongly advised to verify the latest baggage rules and charges directly with the operating airline.

BAGGAGE RULES FOR CONNECTING FLIGHTS

If your itinerary includes multiple airlines, you may be required to collect your baggage at the connecting airport and re-check it for the next segment of your journey. In such cases, any excess baggage fees will be charged separately by each airline involved.

OPTIONAL AIRLINE SERVICES & EXTRAS

We may offer the option to purchase additional airline services such as advance seat selection or extra baggage allowance, depending on the operating carrier. These services are subject to additional charges over and above the ticket price and are dependent on airline availability and terms. Any service fees charged by skyhyflights for arranging such optional services are non-refundable once the service request has been processed, regardless of airline acceptance. Passengers are advised to review all restrictions and conditions imposed by the airline for any optional services requested. You acknowledge that skyhyflights acts solely as an intermediary for such optional services. Any liability arising from or related to such requests is limited to the cost of the purchased service or product. For any issues regarding availability or usage, passengers must contact the operating airline directly.

FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS & SCHEDULE CHANGES

Flight cancellations or schedule changes may occur due to various reasons, including but not limited to: - Peak, high, or low travel seasons - Airport terminal or gate changes - Fuel price fluctuations - Airline bankruptcy - Civil unrest - Natural disasters such as volcanoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc. skyhyflights shall not be held responsible for missed connections, canceled flights, or travel disruptions caused by airline-initiated schedule changes.

AIRLINE POLICY ON SCHEDULE CHANGES

Policies regarding flight schedule changes vary by airline and are outside our control. Airlines may modify schedules due to operational requirements. Such changes may include departure time adjustments, flight number changes, route changes, date changes, or cancellations. Cancellations may also occur when airlines suspend or reduce service to certain destinations or days of operation.

SCHEDULE CHANGE NOTIFICATIONS

skyhyflights makes reasonable efforts to notify customers of any schedule changes. However, passengers are strongly advised to reconfirm their flight details directly with the airline within 72 hours of departure. If an airline makes changes within 4 hours of the original schedule, we will notify you via email. If we are unable to reach you through other contact methods, email communication will serve as final notice. Tickets affected by such short-notice changes generally remain non-refundable. Some fare types may be non-refundable even when changes exceed 4 hours. skyhyflights assumes no responsibility for missed flights, canceled services, or disrupted connections resulting from airline schedule changes.

DAY OF TRAVEL

If you are already at the airport, you must contact the airline directly at their counter for assistance. During severe weather conditions, options may be limited even if conditions appear normal at your departure location. Passengers are advised to monitor airline updates and weather conditions regularly.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Passengers are responsible for reconfirming their flights with the airline 24 to 72 hours prior to departure, especially if already in transit. It is also important to regularly check email communications for any updates and respond promptly when required.

CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION PROCESS

Based on the departure date and the timing of schedule changes received from the airline, we will attempt to send at least three email notifications and make at least one phone call to the contact details provided. If you fail to contact skyhyflights or the airline prior to your departure, you may miss your flight, forfeit the value of your ticket, and your travel may be rescheduled by the airline to a later date ranging from 1–2 days or even several weeks, depending on availability.

SERVICE ASSISTANCE

Once you reach out to skyhyflights, we will coordinate with the airline on your behalf to seek a suitable resolution. In certain cases, the only possible outcome may be cancellation of the flight and issuance of a refund, subject to airline approval. If a customer does not fulfill their responsibilities, they may lose their reservation value or miss their flight, and alternative options may not always be available. We will make reasonable efforts to request re-accommodation from the airline(s). However, final decisions rest entirely with the airline(s) involved. If re-protection is not possible, we will request a refund on your behalf where applicable. In the event of flight cancellation, skyhyflights will attempt to coordinate with the airline to explore alternative flight options and/or refund eligibility.

OVERBOOKED FLIGHTS

Airlines may overbook flights, which can result in a confirmed reservation not guaranteeing a seat. Each airline has its own policies for handling such situations. Passengers are advised to consult the airline or contact us for further assistance.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

Passengers must verify unaccompanied minor rules, age limits, restrictions, and applicable fees directly with the airline, as policies vary by carrier for children typically aged 16–18 (age limits may differ). Please note the following conditions may apply: - Some airlines do not permit minors to travel without an adult - Certain airlines allow unaccompanied minors only on non-stop flights - Passengers under 18 may not be considered adults when traveling together without a guardian - Additional fees may be required at check-in

VISA & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Before booking travel, passengers are responsible for verifying all required travel documents such as transit visas, entry visas, passports, and other country-specific requirements for all destinations and transit points. For reliable information on international travel requirements, you may refer to www.travel.state.gov or contact the relevant embassy or consulate. skyhyflights shall not be held responsible if passengers fail to carry valid travel documents and are denied entry, transit, or boarding. Booking through skyhyflights does not guarantee entry into any destination country. It is the traveler’s responsibility to confirm eligibility for entry or transit. Any guidance provided by skyhyflights staff must be independently verified with official government authorities and does not imply liability on our part.

GENERAL CONDITIONS & TRAVEL RULES

All flights should be reconfirmed directly with the airline, as last-minute schedule changes may occur. It is recommended to reconfirm at least 24 hours prior for domestic flights and 72 hours prior for flights to Hawaii and international destinations. Upgrades and standby travel are generally not permitted and remain subject to airline policies. Many discounted fares may not allow frequent flyer mileage accrual. Seat requests are forwarded to airlines but are not guaranteed. For urgent or special assistance such as wheelchair or stretcher services, passengers should contact the airline directly. We reserve the right to cancel bookings involving destinations restricted by applicable government regulations. Departure taxes or local government charges may apply in certain countries such as Mexico, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, and Australia. These fees are collected at airports and are not included in the original ticket price. A $28 administrative fee applies for requesting travel receipts for bookings made one year or older.

HUMAN ERROR POLICY

In the event of an error made by our agents during the booking process, we will take reasonable steps to correct the issue. skyhyflights’s liability is limited to reimbursement of service fees collected for that booking, along with a $50 promotional credit redeemable toward future purchases within 12 months. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your itinerary. After this period, skyhyflights will not be responsible for such errors.

ITINERARY REVIEW & CONFIRMATION

After booking, it is the traveler’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all itinerary details including passenger names, travel dates, flight numbers, airlines, routing, and airport changes. If any discrepancies are found, you must contact a skyhyflights customer service representative within 4 hours of booking completion. Failure to notify us within 4 hours will be considered acceptance of the booking as confirmed, and skyhyflights will not be liable for any errors or discrepancies thereafter. Travelers are advised to save and review their itinerary carefully.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS POLICY

Federal regulations strictly prohibit passengers from carrying hazardous materials on board aircraft in checked or carry-on baggage. Violation of these laws may result in severe penalties, including imprisonment of up to five years and fines of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include, but are not limited to, explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizing substances, toxic materials, corrosives, and radioactive materials. Examples include paints, lighter fluids, fireworks, tear gas, oxygen cylinders, and radiopharmaceutical substances.

PERMITTED EXCEPTIONS

Limited exceptions may apply for small quantities (up to 70 ounces in total) of personal medicinal and toiletry items carried in baggage, as well as certain smoking materials carried on the passenger’s person. IN-FLIGHT DISINSECTION

Certain destination countries may require airlines to disinfect aircraft cabins prior to arrival or apply aerosol insecticides during flights carrying passengers. These procedures are mandated by foreign regulatory authorities and may be applied before or during the flight.

HOTEL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Important Information for Hotel Reservations: Hotel images, descriptions, amenities, and related information are provided by the respective suppliers. skyhyflights is not responsible for any changes made by hotels that are not reflected in updated supplier data. Specific preferences such as non-smoking rooms, bedding type, or room location are treated as requests only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by the hotel. While hotels may attempt to accommodate such requests, neither skyhyflights nor the hotel guarantees fulfillment. Special rate bookings (including Corporate, Government, Military, AAA, or AARP rates) require valid identification at check-in. Hotels reserve the right to deny such rates if eligibility criteria are not met or proper documentation is not provided. No refunds will be issued for unused nights due to early departure.

HOTEL SERVICES & AMENITIES

Some hotels may offer additional services such as airport shuttle transfers for an extra charge. Guests are advised to contact the hotel directly prior to check-in for availability and pricing. Promotional benefits such as complimentary breakfast, tours, or other bonuses are subject to change and availability and are controlled solely by the hotel.

PREPAID RESERVATIONS

Prepaid reservations (including room charges only) are charged at the time of booking. Additional fees such as resort fees, energy surcharges, and cleaning fees may be charged on a daily basis as per hotel policy. Hotels may also charge for incidental expenses including meals, entertainment, minibar usage, parking, and telephone calls. Rates are guaranteed only at the time of booking.

PREPAID BOOKING VOUCHERS

Certain hotels require a booking voucher at check-in. skyhyflights will send the voucher to the email address provided during booking. Guests are advised to carry a copy of the confirmation email at the time of check-in.

BOOK NOW, PAY LATER RESERVATIONS

For Book Now, Pay Later bookings, a credit card is used only to hold the reservation until check-in. skyhyflights recommends reconfirming such reservations directly with the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival. Some hotels may require a deposit up to the full stay amount. These bookings are often non-refundable and non-modifiable.

PET POLICY

Guests must confirm directly with the hotel whether pets are allowed, as policies vary by property. skyhyflights assumes no responsibility for individual hotel pet policies, including restrictions, fees, or breed/size limitations.

A meal plan refers to the dining arrangement included in your hotel booking. Depending on your selection, meals may be fully included or self-arranged. Common meal plan types include:

Please note that depending on hotel policies, penalties may apply, and the full prepaid amount or deposit may be forfeited.

HOTEL CONFIRMATION PROCESS

Hotel confirmations may take up to 24 hours after booking to be processed. The confirmation process begins once the reservation is made on our platform. An email confirming receipt of your booking request will be sent to you; however, this does not serve as final confirmation. If you do not receive any communication from skyhyflights, please contact us at reservations skyhyflights and include your confirmation number and contact details. We recommend reconfirming your hotel reservation at least 24 hours prior to check-in. In many cases, guest details may be transmitted to the hotel up to 72 hours before arrival. Your booking is considered fully secured only after receipt of the final confirmation email or voucher. We further recommend contacting the property within three (3) days prior to arrival to verify booking details.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUND TERMS

All modifications or cancellation requests must be made by contacting customer support. Additional terms include: - Cancellation or modification requests may incur fees charged by both skyhyflights and the hotel property - During peak travel periods or special events (e.g., Super Bowl, Olympics, New Year’s Eve), hotels may apply stricter cancellation policies - Any changes including date modifications, room reductions, or amendments are subject to hotel-specific charges - Unused nights due to early departure are not eligible for credits or refunds

A new reservation will be required for any stay extensions, and original room rates are not guaranteed. Refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures are subject to approval by skyhyflights and the hotel supplier at their sole discretion. You agree to indemnify skyhyflights against any losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from cancellations initiated for any reason. Guests must contact skyhyflights immediately in case of any issues during check-in or check-out.

PAYMENTS, TAXES & SERVICE FEES

While processing your hotel booking, the total amount charged to your credit or debit card includes estimated taxes and applicable fees. These may cover taxes such as sales tax, occupancy tax, room tax, excise tax, VAT, and other similar government-imposed charges. In some locations, additional government or service-related fees may also apply, which are collected as part of the booking process. The tax amount charged may differ from the final amount paid to the hotel. Any difference may include service-related charges retained as compensation for facilitation services. Service fee structure: - New hotel bookings: skyhyflights booking fee may be up to $32 per night, per room - Changes, cancellations, or refunds: service fee of $25 per room, per night, plus any supplier penalties In most cases, taxes are collected by hotel suppliers and remitted to relevant authorities. skyhyflights is not a co-vendor of hotel suppliers but facilitates bookings on behalf of travelers. CURRENCY CONVERSION & HOTEL CHARGES

Currency exchange rates displayed at the time of booking are approximate and are provided for reference only. These rates are based on estimated conversion values at the time of reservation and should be used as a general guide only. Base room charges shown may not include additional costs. Individual hotels may collect separate charges directly, including per-night taxes, resort fees, and cleaning fees, which may be applied on a daily basis. Hotels may also charge for incidental expenses such as meals, in-room entertainment, games, minibar usage, parking, telephone calls, and similar services.

INVENTORY SOURCING

To provide a wide range of accommodation options, skyhyflights works with multiple third-party suppliers to source hotel inventory. Some of these suppliers may have their own terms and conditions, which may apply in addition to our policies and your booking.

CAR RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All car rental bookings include a non-refundable service fee of up to $25, charged at the time of booking. If rental insurance is purchased, it will also be charged at the time of booking. A valid driver’s license and a credit card (or other approved payment method) are required at the time of vehicle pickup. Any modifications or cancellations of car rental bookings are subject to additional fees imposed by skyhyflights and/or the rental supplier. The renter is responsible for full payment of rental charges, taxes, fees, and surcharges at the time of vehicle return, as well as any damage incurred during the rental period. Minimum age requirements must be met; otherwise, rental will be denied. Additional charges may be applied by the rental company at pickup. All fees and terms must be verified directly with the rental provider. Car rental reservations are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual. Optional equipment such as child seats, GPS devices, and similar items must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and confirmation. Rental durations are based on strict time periods: daily rentals are calculated per 24 hours, and weekly rentals are typically 5–7 days. Additional charges may apply for early return, late return, or location changes. Even minor overruns (e.g., 27 hours instead of 24) may result in extra hourly, half-day, or full-day charges as determined by the supplier.

PAYMENT, TAXES & FEES (CAR RENTALS)

All car rental booking fees charged by skyhyflights are non-refundable. For any changes or cancellations, a service fee of $10 will apply in addition to any supplier-imposed charges. Debit card usage policies vary by supplier; customers should confirm acceptance directly with the rental company or contact us for assistance. Some rental agencies may not accept debit cards, which could result in denial of the rental. Local residents may be subject to additional restrictions depending on the rental location. Providing false or inaccurate information may void liability coverage, and the renter may be held responsible for any resulting damages or losses.

VACATION PACKAGE TERMS

skyhyflights reserves the right to modify vacation package terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Full payment constitutes final acceptance of all vacation package terms and conditions. All vacation packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

VACATION PACKAGE TERMS UPDATES

In the event of any modifications to skyhyflights’s Vacation Package Terms & Conditions, the revised terms will become effective immediately upon posting on this website. The updated Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to change and cancellation policies outlined below, will override any previously published or conflicting policies applicable to individual travel components included in the Vacation Package. Your credit card will be charged in full for the entire skyhyflights vacation package at the time of booking. No part of the vacation package, including pricing, availability, or travel dates, is guaranteed until full payment for the complete package has been successfully received.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Government-issued identification and proof of citizenship are mandatory for international travel for all destinations outside the United States. Transit visas may also be required depending on the itinerary. It is solely the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required travel documents are valid and available. A government-issued photo ID is required at all times during the trip for airport security checks, hotel check-ins, car rentals, attractions, and other travel-related services as required by suppliers. U.S. citizens must carry a valid passport for international travel. No refunds will be issued for travel disruptions, denied boarding, delays, or unused portions of the skyhyflights vacation package due to improper or missing travel documentation. For bookings involving multiple travelers, all passengers must travel on the same itinerary. Once a booking is completed, individual travelers cannot be added or removed from any skyhyflights Vacation Package. Name changes are not permitted. Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be modified to different names or destinations after confirmation. Travelers are advised to consult the relevant consulates for accurate visa and entry requirement information.

CANCELLATIONS BY TRAVEL SUPPLIERS

Each component of your skyhyflights Vacation Package is provided by different suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel service providers. If a supplier cancels any portion of your package, we will, upon request, attempt to arrange alternative options. However, skyhyflights is not responsible for supplier performance or for reimbursement of any payments made if the supplier fails to fulfill its obligations. We accept no responsibility for information provided by third-party suppliers. Frequent flyer miles or loyalty points may or may not be applicable to any portion of the vacation package. Special requests are not guaranteed, though we will attempt to communicate them to the relevant supplier.

PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT CONDITIONS

For new bookings, skyhyflights applies the following service fees: - $50 per passenger for flight bookings - $35 per room per night for hotel bookings - Up to $25 for car rental bookings Pricing and availability apply only to the complete vacation package and cannot be separated into individual components. Due to contractual limitations, skyhyflights is unable to provide a cost breakdown for each component of the package. Package prices include applicable taxes and fees for airfare, accommodation, car rentals, and activities. However, additional charges such as fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat selection, hotel incidentals, and other supplier-imposed charges may apply at the time of service usage or check-in. These are the responsibility of the traveler. Government-imposed entry or exit taxes may apply depending on the destination. Prices exclude optional insurance products, damage waivers, personal protection plans, drop-off charges, fuel costs, child safety equipment, ski racks, and incidental hotel charges such as telephone usage, entertainment, minibar consumption, or tax increases. Such charges must be paid directly to the supplier at the time of service.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment must be made at the time of booking using a valid credit card. skyhyflights accepts all major credit cards with a valid billing address in the United States or Canada. By completing the booking, you authorize skyhyflights and its authorized payment processors to charge the provided credit card for the full vacation package amount. Suppliers may require a credit card at check-in or vehicle pickup for verification and incidentals. The cardholder must be one of the travelers listed in the booking. Some suppliers may not accept debit cards. Travelers should confirm payment acceptance directly with the supplier prior to arrival.

VACATION PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS



VACATION PACKAGE CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

To modify or cancel any skyhyflights vacation package booking, you must contact skyhyflights directly prior to your scheduled departure. Customers are advised not to contact individual travel suppliers for changes. For assistance, please refer to the “Contact Us” section. Once a vacation package is confirmed, one or more components may be non-refundable. Cancellation eligibility depends on the individual rules and restrictions of each travel service included in the package. All passengers on a single booking record must travel together on the same itinerary. Once the booking is completed, passengers cannot be added to or removed from any skyhyflights vacation package.

You are responsible for all cancellation fees imposed by skyhyflights as well as any charges levied by travel suppliers for airline tickets, hotel stays, car rentals, or other travel services. In some cases, partial modifications or cancellations of individual components may not be permitted. When restricted, changes must be made to all components (air, hotel, car, etc.) together. Please contact skyhyflights customer support for full details. Once travel has commenced, no changes are permitted, and no refunds will be issued for early check-out, early car return, or any unused portion of the package. Where changes or cancellations are permitted, skyhyflights’s service fees may apply as follows: - Up to $100 per passenger, per ticket for flights - $25 per room, per night for hotels - $10 for car rental bookings in addition to fare differences and supplier-imposed fees. If any portion of the package is refundable, refunds will be processed for the eligible amount after deducting applicable cancellation charges. No refunds will be issued for partially used or unused services.

AIRLINE COMPONENT RULES

Airline tickets included in vacation packages are subject to individual fare rules and restrictions. Most airline tickets are non-changeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. All changes are subject to airline availability and restrictions, which may be limited during peak travel periods. Origin and destination cities cannot be changed once the package is confirmed. The number of travelers in a booking cannot be modified.

HOTEL COMPONENT RULES

Hotel bookings are subject to individual property terms and conditions. Hotels cannot be changed once confirmed; however, room category upgrades or modifications may be allowed in limited cases, subject to availability. Such requests must be made through skyhyflights. Some hotel reservations may be fully non-refundable once confirmed. Guests should review cancellation policies prior to booking. All incidental charges during the stay, including but not limited to telephone usage, internet access, entertainment, energy surcharges, resort fees, parking, room service, and other hotel services, are the sole responsibility of the guest.

CAR RENTAL COMPONENT RULES

Car rental bookings are subject to specific supplier terms and conditions. Booked vehicle categories cannot be downgraded (e.g., mid-size to economy). No refunds will be issued for unused rental periods, in part or full. Additional charges such as fuel, insurance coverage, protection plans, airport fees, overtime charges, drop-off fees, child seats, ski racks, GPS devices, and other optional services must be paid directly to the rental company at pickup or drop-off.

ACTIVITIES COMPONENT RULES

Activity bookings are subject to supplier-specific terms, restrictions, and availability conditions.

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

skyhyflights acts as an intermediary and not as an agent of the customer or travel suppliers providing travel-related services. skyhyflights facilitates arrangements with third-party suppliers for services including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. By using this platform, you agree to waive any claims against skyhyflights, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or contractors, and acknowledge that neither skyhyflights nor any related parties shall be held liable for:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Any loss or damage to property, or injury to any person arising from defects, negligence, or any wrongful act or omission, or failure of performance by any transportation provider, vendor, or supplier.

2. Any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or similar claims.

3. Any delays in departure, missed connections, substitution of accommodations, service interruptions, or changes in fares or rates.

4. Any cancellation, duplication of bookings, or reservation errors beyond the reasonable control of skyhyflights.

5. Any claims arising from or related to transportation services or other travel components. Your sole remedy, if any, lies directly with the relevant Travel Supplier, and not with skyhyflights.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

skyhyflights strongly recommends purchasing travel protection insurance, which may help cover certain cancellation and modification fees. Travel protection may be purchased through our designated insurance provider by adding it to your skyhyflights vacation package. Coverage is subject to policy limits and conditions. Please refer to the “Travel Protection Terms & Conditions” for full details. If your travel plans change, you must contact the insurance provider to ensure your coverage remains valid and appropriate.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

Electronic confirmations and travel documents will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

USER SUBMISSIONS, REVIEWS & FEEDBACK

As a skyhyflights account holder, you may submit feedback, reviews, comments, and other content related to your travel experience or services provided. skyhyflights reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, and evaluate all user submissions transmitted through the platform. We may edit, remove, censor, or restrict any content that we determine to be inappropriate or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. By submitting content (including reviews, messages, posts, or similar material), you grant skyhyflights and its partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to: (a) Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works, and publicly display such content in any media worldwide, whether existing now or developed in the future; and (b) Use your name, likeness, and submitted graphics in connection with such content. You acknowledge that submissions may be displayed publicly, attributed at our discretion, and shared with suppliers. You also grant skyhyflights the right to take legal action against any misuse of your submissions or our rights. All submissions are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. skyhyflights is not responsible or liable for any user-generated content and has no obligation to publish any submission. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm that: (a) You own or have obtained all necessary rights to submit the content and grant skyhyflights usage rights as described above; and (b) Your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws. You agree that you are solely liable for any damages arising from copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations resulting from your submissions. You are strictly prohibited from posting or transmitting: (a) Any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, or privacy-violating content;

(b) Any commercial content such as advertising, promotions, or solicitations;

(c) Any content that infringes intellectual property rights of others.
